During final inspection, the components are validated using high-resolution metrology on a random basis. Tactile and optical systems such as 3D coordinate measuring machines and contour and surface metrology are used, enabling tolerance testing in the sub-micrometer range (<5 µm). The measurement data is digitally documented and can be accessed at any time in an audit-proof manner.

All processes – from incoming goods to outgoing goods inspection – follow a consistently documented and certified quality management system. We emphasize consistent batch tracking, batch-specific inspection plans, and statistical process control (SPC) to ensure stable and reproducible manufacturing processes.
